Sanaye Zartab Simak was established in Iran in 1994 by the founder after 15 years of studying, and research and development in Milan, Italy. Construction and commissioning of machinery and equipment began soon thereafter, and production of polymers and co-polymers began in Iran in 1997. Following continued R&D, and due diligence a new formula was discovered in the company’s own laboratories in 2001 and subsequently patented in 2003 (patent no.29371). Then with cooperation with Italian expert fail to achieve know how for mass products, and transferred technology to Iran under Italian license. LeatherX is now used widely in various industries (including Oil, Gas, Automobiles, Building, Leather and Shoes, Baggage, Furnish, Gaskets, Noise and Energy insulation etc ...).
